Without a healthy, high-performing person, no business and no success can last. Success starts between the ears — and has to be carried out by the body.
My core belief: Most people separate the two — work first, then (maybe) health. And still no result. In elite sport, in the trades and in practice, I learned the opposite: if you want to perform, you have to stay healthy. And if you want to stay healthy, you need a purpose that fits you — and is strategically sound financially.
